Why am I having problems staying logged into the site after I register?
Rentfinders.net, like most other sites, uses cookies to maintain a session while you are logged into the site. If your web browser is set to ignore cookies or cookies are disabled, the site will lose your login credentials and you are then logged out. I'm searching for a two bedroom house and have apartments in my search results. Why is this?
Rentals are ranked by relevancy to your search criteria. If the rentals received in your results do not match up exactly to the search criteria, then there are no exact matches in that area. Search results are in descending order by rank. Only results with a five house rating match your search 100%. Other ratings may not be exactly what you are looking for, but are in the area and available for rent.

Why does Rentfinders.net ask me to register?
The information collected during registration, along with user traffic and demographic statistics, helps us to better understand when to update, change or offer new services. This information also provides rentfinders.net with details as to the performance of third party advertisements and content. Information is totaled and we will never personally identify you.

    If you have forgotten your username or password please go to http://www.rentfinders.net/password.php and follow the instructions. Enter the e-mail address on your rentfinders.net account and a new password will be E-Mailed to your account.

    How do I change my user preferences?
    Login to rentfinders.net using the "Members" or "Landlord" login at the top left of the homepage. After you login, click on "My Account" at the top left of the homepage. Once you have done this, you will be taken to our update you profile area. Here you can alter your personal information, e-mail options and user status.

    If I log on to rentfinders.net on different computers, how do I keep others from using my access?
    To prevent others from using your access to rentfinders.net, you need to log out after your visit. To do this, please use the Log out button provided on the top right of all pages on the rentfinders.net websites. Clicking this button will result in a complete log out of rentfinders.net. To access the site again, you will be required to enter your user name and password in the log in page.

    How often is the site updated?

To be removed from the mailing list every E-Mail sent to you from rentfinders.net will have a link at the bottom to remove your E-mail address from the list.
